The Purpose of the Event Submission Form

The Event Submission Form serves two purposes:

  1. To provide promotional content for the parish website and calendar.
  2. To facilitate the parish priest’s approval of the event.

Steps to Submitting an Event:

To have your event listed on the parish website, calendar, emails, and social media, please follow these steps:

  1. Complete the submission form fully and accurately.
    Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
  2. Provide your own event description (50-150 words)
    What you submit is  what will appear online and will not be accessible for editing later.
  3. Upload a clear, attractive promotional image.
    Minimum size: 500px by 500px.
  4. Parish priest approval is required.
    All submissions need approval before publication.
  5. Any changes require approval too.
    Updates or modifications to a submitted event also need parish priest approval.

IMPORTANT: Our Privacy Policy

To ensure compliance with our privacy policy, personal phone numbers and email addresses included in event descriptions will not be published on the parish website. While a contact number for the event organizer is required for internal administrative purposes, any additional phone numbers or personal email addresses provided will be removed during the review process. Please ensure that phone numbers and email addresses are not included in the event description.


Form Completion Time:  5 - 10 minutes.
